Reference is invitdd to CHQ letters dated 06.12.2019,07.02.2020 and 12.06.2020

regarding the above mentioned subject.

02. In this connection, HR Heads ofall the Stations / Regions / Chq. are directed to take out
the details ofall those officials who have not chEcked their data in Bio-Data form and submitted
the Data Verification undertaking through their ESS portal.- :

03. HR Heads of all the Stations / Regions / CHQ will ensure that the above mentioned
undertaking should be submiued by all the officials'posted at their station / Region / CHQ.
Further, it may also be ensured that those employees, who will not submit the above mentioned
undertaking or.give Bio-Data form for corrections in the SAP records, positively upto l01h
September, 2022, their perks for the month of $eptember,2022 will be stopped. Further in an
event, evbn if, after stoppage ofperks, employees still fail to subrnit the Bio Data Undertaking
by I0'h October. 2022. itwill be'presumed that the dpta ofthe employoes is verified and conect
and no representations for correction ofdata will be entertained from thb employee thereafter.
