2. TASK 2
2.1. COMPETITOR ANALYSIS OF EVENT BEEP

2.1.1. Strength

1. It helps to connect with people with different backgrounds and walks of life.

2. It also helps to share your expertise/ideas on any subject.

3. You can also participate in any on-going conversation by raising hand to add your
knowledge and idea to the subject.

4. Can improvise the business with the knowledge shared in the platform and make
connection to grow your business.

2.1.2. Weakness

1. Too much Noise, When rooms are small and interactive, they can provide a lot of valuefor
both hosts and participants. But when rooms expand to large numbers hundreds or
thousands of people, you lose the ability to communicate and connect with others.

2. You need to track the time you spend in this app, as it contagious.

3. Lack Of Credibility, you cannot trust anyone without checking their background. Need to
be careful of whom your are taking advice from or connecting with.

2.2. COMPETITORS OF EVENT BEEP

2.2.1. Discord

Discord is a lot like Skype but for gamers. Many gamers use it for audio, text, or video chat;
with Discord also including the ability to build specific communities and groups on the
platform.
While you cannot browse for rooms to join, you can create your own and send out invitations
for others to join you to chat. Discord also allows you to use the app in your browser and has
less of a delay when using voice chat compared to other platforms.
Discord Voice Chat allows you to make separate channels with different levels of permission
for each user, so this prevents the chat rooms from becoming too crowded.

2.2.2 Twitter Spaces

Twitter Spaces is a live audio chat feature that the company started rolling out at the end of
2020. With the feature's beta, all Twitter users can join and listen in on a Space.
By April 2021, the company had introduced the ability to create Spaces for a limited set of
users on both iOS and Android.
To check if you are able to create a Twitter Space:

 Press and hold the Tweet or Compose icon (feather with the plus sign) button in your
Twitter app.
 Select Spaces.

2.2.3. Spoon

Spoon is an audio platform that has over 30 million users, making it a Clubhouse competitor
with a significant user base. From your smartphone, you can listen to music, live streams,
podcasts, and hang out with other users on Spoon.
Unlike Clubhouse, you can save your live streams for later. You can also search for content
creator rooms to join.

Spoon offers features like live stream polls, so if you want to include your listeners in a
decision you're making or just want their opinions on a specific topic, you can have your
listeners vote.

2.2.4 Stereo

Stereo is a live audio app where you can connect with new people and have meaningful
conversations. You can also host your own voice chats and explore other live rooms.

Like Clubhouse, Stereo has prominent participants that host live streams, such as Adam
Carolla, Jeff Ross, Amazing Phil, Jeff Wittek, Jason Nash, and many others. You can also
save and listen to live streams later so you don't miss anything your favourite Stereo members

have to say.

2.3. EVENTBEEP CAN DO W.R.T ITS COMPETITORS

After analyzing all the Competitors of event beep I have noticed that all the competitors have
podcast options which event beep does not have, so EVENTBEEP can also provide an option
to conduct podcasts in their application.

2.3.1 PROBLEMS:

 The aide or demo was inaccessible in this way clients are all alone in the wake of
signing in.
 Lack of clearness for gain authentic information and interface with different
understudies.
 No tab in the application for complaint redressal.
 Anybody in the application can welcome anybody, not all clients are agreeable
in being gotten to by everyone.
 Continuous and such a large number of notifications irritates the clients.
 Questions in the quizzes were incomplete and no. of quizzes should be increased
for more engagement
 Few Users are constantly found making disorder in the hangout rooms and
general room

2.3.2. SOLUTION:

 There should be bot like on telegram which block the chat of the person who create
chaos.
 Whenever any person feels that someone is creating chaos then there should be one
identification for that person and particular number of clicks on that will make that
person permanent audience. He/ she will not be able to participate at stage
