1. Parents/Guardians of the newly admitted candidates, for the academic year 2022-23
Class VI /IX are hereby intimated to keep ready the following admission items/documents duly
completed in all aspects for submission at the time of reporting to School (Physically) for final
admission.
2. Please note that, the provisional admission of your son/ward may be cancelled in case
any of the documents below are not submitted (OR) any documents found false/ Incomplete.

8 (i) By all candidates -. To be submitted as per Form ‘A’ (enclosed)quoting Form
your monthly income from all sources for Apr 2022 including income of your A
wife and son/ward, if any, duly countersigned by the Gazetted Officer of any Govt
Department (Original with two copies).
(ii) By candidates of Salaried Class of Parents. A salary certificate as per Form
„A‟ (enclosed) is also to be submitted, in addition to Form ‘A’. (Original with one
copy).
