FOCUSED – our main
cause is our students. Our core
purpose is to advocate for student
needs, individually and collectively.
We prove this by listening and acting
on students’ wants and needs,
empathising with each student
journey, aiming to foresee any
potential problems and actively
seeking out opportunities to
understand what students really
want. We understand that to deliver
our promise, we must earn and
maintain the trust of our students.

DIVERSE – the principles

are at the core of LSESU. We aim to
actively improve areas where staff
and students are underrepresented
and develop actions to change this.
