How does the health of the individual and family in the community be improved to its optimum level
through community health nursing?

When being a community health nurse, we are focusing mainly on the communities’ well-being which
composes of the family as a basic unit. We should be able to recognize and integrate the problems being
faced so we can quickly act upon it. This is where being resourceful and realistic a public health nurse
should be, as we would give aid that the family can afford with the same goals of reaching optimum
health. The members of the family play an important role in achieving good health within the
community, their participation is highly required thus we are to educate them. Overall, we are
developing, helping the community of attaining health improvement and how we should create an
integrated approach to achieve that goal
