1. My number one reason is that we already have all kinds of potential buyers because it is a shopping
center, from teenagers to oldies, they are already in one place.
2. Reason number two is because SM has a huge parking space which doesn’t make the buyers and the
customers hassle in looking for a parking space.
3. Third, we only have small competitors on behalf of selling plants and flowers, I at least saw plants and
flowers that are on sale at SM like 2-4 stores only and they have limited kinds.
4. Another reason is when it is in a shopping center or near a town, it is more immune to scams or crimes
because it is easy to locate not the other shops that they have to pay the downpayment first before the
item arrives, some people are uncomfortable buying in places like in the market due to its riskiness to
thieves and scammers.
5. My last reason for choosing SM as my place is because in case something bad happens like a fire
emergency, the mall has its fire detector, fire alarm system, fire extinguishers per stall, fire sprinklers,
hose reels, and the manual call point for the rescuers be alerted quickly.
