C. PURPOSE OF JUSTIFICATION OF EACH ITEM IN THE PROPOSAL:
1. Tuition Fee
to generate funds for the basic salary, allowance and other fringe benefits for all
teaching and non - teaching personnel.
2. Registration
to provide funds for the printing maintenance of school / students / forms/ records and
other expenses relative to registration of students.
3. Library
to cover the cost of maintenance and acquisition of books and other library facilities and
salary of library staff.
4. Athletic Fee
to defray expense for the improvement / maintenance of athletics / playground facilities.
5. Medical / Dental
to generate fund for the improvement and maintenance of medical and dental
personnel.
6. Guidance and Counseling
to generate funds for the maintenance of guidance facilities, guidance counselor and
staff.
7. 1.D. / Card
to defray expenses for the picture of student cost of printing and lamination of the
I.D./Card.
8. Dev'tal & Inst. Mats.
for acquisition of better hi-tech. instructional materials and development of better
facilities.
9. Laboratory
to generate funds to all laboratory subjects and other equipment and salaries of staff
