Im relation to CSC Memorandum Circular No. 17. the Civil Service Commission, in Cooperation with lead partner agencies Philippine Sports Commission, Pasay City Government, and the Philippine Information Agency, enjoins all state workers within Metro Manila and nearby areas to patticipate in the 111” Philippine Civil Service Anniversary R.A.C.E. to Serve Fun Run. ‘The fun run scheduled on September 4, 2011 will be led by His Exceliency Vice President Jejomar C. Binay and shall serve as the kick-off of the month-long celebration. Assembly point is in front of the Philippine Intemational Convention Center (PICC), Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City. All participants are requested to be at the venue by 5:00 a.m. The ‘5K Run wil start at §:45 a.m. while the 3K Run will stait at 6:00 a.m, Agencies may grant half day compensatory time-off to their participating employees.
