Activity Implementation Details

The Municipal Officials and Employees Cooperative meeting started exactly at 2:00 P.M.
spearheaded by the Board of Directors and MDRRMC members.

The undertaking is spearheaded by Ms. Nelly Catigbe, and Pedro Pacana.

Part of MOFFEC budget needs to be withdrawn in order to donate to the

FRONTLINERS who are on duty in QUARANTINE CONTROL POINTS.

Adopted lecture, interactive discussions and group work to encourage active

participation. For a clearer presentation and easy understanding, overhead presentation/visual
aid was used.

Using the need situation analysis, issues and concerns transpired were the following:

1. Availability of funds
2. Challenge to give equally the beneficiaries
 3. Sustainability of the program

Recommendation:

Generaly, regular interfacing with partmers for LGU development will promote strong
involvement and active participation. This is an opportunity that will boast their role in the locality
as partners for local development.
