AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, CYREN JOSHUA O. CATINDIG, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen,

with residence address at Rizal Park Subd. Brgy. Real, Calamba City, Laguna after
having been sworn to under the law hereby depose and state:

1. That I deposited to the Branch Clerk of Court of RTC Branch 104

Calamba City the total amount of Eighteen Thousand Pesos (Php18,000.00) under
O.R. ____________________ dated September 29, 2022 as cash bail bond of RONNIE
ASILO GARCIA, the accused in Crim Case No. 41355-2022-C for Violation of P.D.
1602 (Bettor) in relation to Sec. 6, R.A. 10175 for his temporary liberty;

2. That I hereby bind myself that accused shall appear and be present at all
stages of trial of the above-entitled case when duly notified, failing which, the cash
bond I posted will be forfeited in favor of the Republic of the Philippines, or the Court
may declare the accused to have waived his rights to be present and that trial in absentia
may proceed.
