AFFIDAVIT OF OCCUPANCY

I, JONATHAN F. BALAALDIA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married and

with residence address at Blk-27 Lot-4 St. Louie St. Madison South Subd. Brgy. Batino,
Calamba City, after having sworn to in accordance with law,hereby depose and state:

1. That my parents, Remigio R. Balaaldia and Merinette F. Balaaldia, now

both deceased, during their lifetime bought a parcel of land from Banco De Oro Unibank,
Inc. located at Blk-27 Lot-4 St. Louie St. Madison South Subd. Brgy. Batino, Calamba
City;

2. That my parents constructed a house on the said lot and construction was
finished on June 18, 2019. On the same date, we immediately moved in and occupied the
house;

3. That the people living there at the said house are my wife, Eden Balaaldia
and my two children Marco Xian, Margau Xia;

4. That my personal appraisal of the value of the house is estimated at around

Php400,000.00 to Php500,000.00;

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and for the purpose
of declaring the house for real property tax.
