MONTHLY ASSESSMENT - I (Observation, Empathy and Define Phase)

1. Why students/team have taken above mentioned domain?

(Please specify the reason) (Note: For more content or
information, one may attach additional pages to this card.)
People faces problems in their day to day life such as to repair their electrical
appliances they have to lift the heavy appliances to the repair store. Similarly, in
this pandemic they don’t easily able to go to barber shop, doctor office and to
buy something. So our team decided to make a platform which help everyone
with these problems.

2. How frequently student team has gone for observation on field,

mention with date, place, time etc.? Which are the key
observations that they have noticed?
Due to the corona pandemic, our team stay at home and think about project
domain observations. We had set the “SERVICEASY” domain observation
field in our mind and think all ideas about observation. We had met on the
google video call platform many more times and we had created one
WhatsApp group for discussion for making process for our project. The last
time we had met on the video call platform at 12th May and on that day, we
had created one WhatsApp group also. And we also discuss problems in
society, what we can do about this problem? Why this problem occurs?
Which type of application we can develop for it? And we are d2d students
so we don’t get months to complete our project, we just get some days for
it. So, also discuss canvases, presentations, and reports in a single meeting.

3. A. How many interactions/interviews team members have done?

We have done 4-5 interactions with our group members. We also discuss the
project in the WhatsApp group. We share our problems and queries regarding the
project and the group leader and other members of our project are given us
solutions. We are share canvases in a group for confirmation and also done voice
call if we have any query. our team has met much more time on a conference call,
video call, google meet platform in those meetings we were discussing and take a
decision to make reports or canvases. We are getting suggestions regarding our
project through emails from our project guide Prof. Rahul Vaza sir. We get
guidance about a project in our DE lab. We are done the whole project, canvases,
presentations, and reports by the guidance of our project guide.

responsibility etc.)
 User of our domain "SERVICEASY” are Customer, Technician, Barber,
Student, Teacher, Doctor Etc.

 And various stakeholder in “SERVICEASY” are Customer, Technician,

Barber, Student, Teacher, Doctor Etc.

List out the questions asked by team while having observation and
interview?

1) Are users need this type of application?

2) How can we create a website or application?
3) How we will handle if there is any application error occurs?
4) Is serviceasy system being useable?
5) In which platform we will develop application?
6) How can we get our applications feedback that users like our website?
7) how much time we took?
8) how many members done work?
9) which time we can do project work?

4. What is something special/random/unusual (i.e., activity,

environment, interaction, object or user) team have observed at the
domain? Please elaborate the conditions with photographs if
available.
There is not any special or any random and unusual observation which our team
observed. All of our observations are very normal about our domain. And we don’t
have any photographs to elaborate the conditions because “Serviceasy” is a
common domain.

respective domain. Mention any one for which you have
empathize user the most and which might become your problem

based on empathy.
1) People wasting their time to find good professional for their need.
2) It saves users time waiting in a salon just for a haircut.
3) It provides an earning platform for skilled freelances.
4) It also provides online payment services.
5) Easy to use interface.

In ideation canvas, you have to carry out which type of activities is related to your
project and People? What is the situation and location regarding activities? Then
we find the possible solutions. By using our system people can get their services
without gathering together and maintain social distance in this COVID-19
situation. And people who are unable to lift the appliances like old persons,
children’s due to their physical ability, they can easily get services from their
home. This application makes time-consuming tasks fast and online.
Ideation canvas “people” includes Customer, Technician, Barber, Student,
Teacher, Doctor etc.
---Ideation canvas “activities” include Events management, watchman salary,
maintenance, group creation, service contacts, vendor providing, bill payment,
meeting organizing, chatting, and fund collection.
