Objective

To design a 1000 Hertz Sinusoidal Oscillator and measure the Total Harmonic Distortion in its

output contents.

Design

A simple RC Phase Shift oscillator designed using the Op-Amp and simple R,C components.

The resonance frequency is given by the formula below.

To find out the value of R and C at the resonance frequency of 1 kHz let us select the value of

capacitor to be 0.1 uF and put in formula below to get the value of resistor.
