and conditions carefully and confirm whether you will continue
to receive the service.
2. Optimized the prompt when you delete accounts. The prompt will inform you about the
number of accounts you are going to delete.
3. Supported site filtering for viewing alarms. Therefore, you can view the alarms of the

4. Added the MAC address and the public IP address fields to the table header in the
exported EXCEL file of the alarm statistics.
5. Kept the table header order in the exported EXCEL file of the call statistics the same

The priority of the configuration in ascending order is the parent site and the current
site.
2. Supported the site-changing feature that you can change the sites of phone or VC
room devices from the RPS Device list (RPS Management > RPS Device) after you
have synchronized the devices to the corresponding device list on the Device
Management page.
3. Optimized the user experience that when you import RPS devices, you can select one
or no server to import the devices. By default, one server is selected.
4. Changed the name of Model Management to Model Configuration under the Device
Configuration menu.

3. Optimized the MTR device selection when adding/editing alarm strategies or adding
scheduled tasks. That is to say, you can select the desire MTR devices.
4. Optimized the notification and content selection of alarm strategy, improving the
effectiveness:
1) When adding or editing an alarm strategy, you can select the desired alarm
level and its content.
2) When you select to receive real-time alarm notifications by email, you will
receive emails when the offline devices become online or the status of
unregistered accounts become registered.
3) When you select to receive daily or weekly alarm notifications by email, the
alarm strategy will automatically filter invalid alarms. For example, offline
devices become online.
