Course This is an introductory course in finance that focuses on the practical aspects of corporate finance. Topics covered include the cash flows

cash flows estimation and risks in capital budgeting. The components of capital, the cost of capital and leverage. Managing working
capital, cash financing. Corporate financial planning, corporate restructuring and international finance.
