innovation?

Many innovations were developed as an response to new tech. opportunity’s,

discrete events and history specific problems.
How did people respond at the time? Was it widely
accepted or was there resistance?

The technological breakthroughs were accepted when they came out because
it made life much easier. It was later, that people started doubting technology
and AI.
 What was the impact of the innovation at the time of the
invention?

New inventions helped people live their live happier, healthier and more
productively. Every new thing was used a lot and appreciated till the time
everybody got to know the side effects of doing the same.
Why is it a significant innovation? (Consider the economic
and social consequences)

Economic - Technology is the key driver of economic growth of countries,

regions and cities. Technological progress allows for the more efficient
production of more and better goods and services, which is what prosperity
depends on.
Social - New inventions, especially electric gadgets has changed social life a
lot. People have started sharing their life on social media instead talking with
them. When a family used to sit together in the evening and spend some time
with each other, children play video games and adults are busy on social media
these days.
