Case Study Content:

The case study is all about how Engr. Romeo Estabillo solves his problem with his wise and confident decision

Issue/Problem:

 Security on services of four civil engineering in full time basis on his business.
 Decision making of Engr. Estabillo in solving problem.
 Mr. Estabillo was apprehensive.

Objectives:h

1. To help Engr. Estabillo become a self-assured or self-assured individual who always makes sensible
decisions.
2. To build the decision making skills of Engr. Estabillo and become confident.
3. To eliminate apprehensive trait of Engr. Estabillo and become confident on his decisions.

Analysis:

Engineer Romeo Estabillo returned to his birthplace of Santiago City after completing his civil engineering school
at Mapua Institute of Technology to start his own construction company. He accepted contracts for the construction
of residential homes during his early years of business. As he acquired skill, the number of his clients increased,
and even Isabela's most well-known residents used his services.

Suggested Courses of Action:

Engr. Estabillo must have to look upon his self in building up his decision making skills and eliminate apprehensive
to make his firm more successful.

Conclusions & Recommendations:

Hence, Engr. Estabillo has acquired the skills and become well known resident because of his services. As an
engineer and an entrepreneur who owns firm, he must improve his decision making skills and become more
confident. In order to make is firm become successful he must eliminate apprehensive on his self.
