discussion and etc.)

GUIDE QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION

1. Is it helpful to think what has happened before, what actions have brought about success and
what actions have not helped?

- Experience is a best teacher. By looking back in time, you can learn how to move more
efficiently. It's how we know we're taking risks and moving forward. The best predictor
of future conduct is past behavior. Patterns, cycles, and trends can be predicted by
looking back in time. It is impossible to change the past, but it is possible to learn from it.
So, rather than being irritated or disappointed by what happened or did not happen, look
back and learn. Without consistent participation there would be no success. Participation
makes the video campaign possible the passion of each and everyone make it happen.
Actions that are not helped maybe sometimes we extremely get playful and we spent
mostly playing around but as long as we know our limit things will be in good place.

2. What are the experiences that contributed you as a person and as a Salettinian?

- It improved my interpersonal skills, such as effective communication. This is especially


important when working in a group. You should be capable of moving someone through
your ideas, and the person should be able to get an overview of the situation.
Discovering  the knowledge gap that exists between me and my group members. Quite
often, many people have a better understanding or expertise of a subject than you do.
This allows me to learn from them while also allowing them to learn from me.

3. Why did you choose this community as your pilot concern? What is its nature and
characteristics used as bases on organizing for community development?

- Communities play an important role in addressing many societal issues. Prevention


efforts can be carried out by forming coalitions and devising comprehensive strategies to
reduce risk factors in a variety of situations.

4. How did you determine the community’s problems and concerns?


- Today's youths and adults are undeniably an important part of society. They appear to
have boundless energy and enthusiasm at times, and they frequently offer new
perspectives on relevant issues but young people are capable of making extremely
important contributions to society because of their unique experiences, perspectives, and
vitality. We know that commonly youth are the one that commonly close to getting in
some kind of this situation. That’s why making a video awareness campaign about the
drug education, prevention, and control. The intent is to bring awareness to the
misconceptions and bring knowledge about drug education that can sometimes prevent
young people and adults from doing illegal actions.

5. How did you coordinate and develop a harmonious working relationship with the local
community? Is it helpful to you as a group and as an individual?

- The foundation of being an active youth in my community and having relationships with
one another help me more on what relationships I should publish with the communities
I serve, as well as adversaries, are how we achieve our goals. People do not work in a
isolation. We as a group we must work together. When our relationships are combined,
they form the foundation of a concerted effort to effect change.  Many of the
members contributed ideas, take a stand, and finish the work. Yes, as a group and as
individuals, it is very beneficial because we care deeply about people, and caring is an
important aspect of our work. Our concern for others drives us to work as hard as we do.

6. Why should you ask to participate, get involved in a group? And how did you overcome
those obstacles to obtain your plans?

- Participating in a group allows for self-development and contribution. Participation in a


project that benefits each of us individually. Participation benefits us as a group and may
promote a sense of belonging. It has the potential to improve performance in any future
projects. Participation in a team can aid in the resolution of complex problems that
necessitate the use of more than one mind. This provides help and support to team
members. It will allow people to grow and learn from one another. We overcome those
challenges by working hard and building stronger bonds in our relationships. It is the best
way to overcome those obstacles in order to achieve our plan, and by doing so, we
successfully overcome trial and error problems as a group.
