SUBJECT: How to properly install and adjust the hydraulic control valve switches.

CAUSE: Incorrect installation andd adjustment of the hydraulic control valve switcches can result in a
premature failure or erratic and intermittent operation.

RESOLUTION
Follow instructions on next page for the proper installation and adjustment of the switches.
Basic Hydraulic Switch Adjustments

Install switch on lift spool per photo 1. Adjust and torque bolts on switches to 7 +/- 1 in-lbs.

Switch has to activate before reaching point A (the
top of the cam).

Install switch 2 on lift spool per photo 2 centered on the identification groove. Adjust and torque bolts on the switches to 7 +/- 1 in-lbs.

Install switch on tilt spool or Auxiliary spool per photo 3 centered on spool lobe. Adjust and torque bolts on switches to 7 +/- 1 in-lbs.
