Note: There will be a nominal rental charge for the school mountaineering equipment, but it will preferably be given to the parties going far away in
the Himalayas. One should be very careful in handling the equipment, because it is expensive and rarely available. Damages/lost charges will be extra
and have to be paid by the member.
Private parties failing to submit their Questionnaires by the due date may be sent on the escorted midterm. In this case, the Housemasters will decide
treks for the parties.
There are certain changes in rules and regulations regarding cash payment. All private and escorted party leaders are requested to clarify those rules
with DOF before proceeding for the midterm excursion.
