__In my job have a team leader, she is very kind and quiet, is very respectful and is
younger than Andrea, is very craziest and happiest, my team leader is a shortest and is
less recognized than Andrea. My team leader also speaks a fluent languajes, she is
bossiest but does this to make the team be more disciplined and responsible. My leader
also quit a job because they didnt provide a good work environment, she had to work more
hours and they didnt pay according to the hours she worked, with regard to arrival times is
more complicated, is very strict, when they do not listen to a call for attention is very
angriest, but it is also flexible , when we do well our work congratulates us and rewards us
with candys, he likes that we all support each other and work as a team to achieve

and for the achievements she has obtained in a company as large and recognized as
Avon. My leader is good at his job, however he still has many aspects to improve in order
to be the same as andrea, maybe he needs a little more determination in his leadership,
since Andrea is more determinant and this makes him better at his job.
