Terms and Conditions:

1. Postponement or Rescheduling of date of function is subject to event place availability provided that
a written request for rescheduling or postponement is received at least five days before the event
date.

2. Cancellation: If cancellation is made five days before the event, the Engager shall be entitled to 50%
of all payments made, thereafter, all payment shall be forfeited as liquidated damages.

3. No refund or adjustment shall be made if the actual number of guests is less than the reserved
number of guests.

4. Additional guests more than the reserved number shall be subject assessment and shall be settled at
the end of the function. This, however, is subject to space capacity.

5. The Engager shall strictly observe the duration of the function, specifically the start time and the end
time. Subject to event place availability, the function time may be extended provided that the
corresponding extension fee is paid.

Miscellaneous Condition:

The Engager warrants that Hs/her guests will comply strictly with the social distancing and other protocols
required by the government.
