 3. DETAILS OF INVESTIGATION: This paragraph must contain the following
details:
 OOA 1440H 10 April 2021, Mrs. Daisy Barbero, Home Owners
Association President of Mediterranean Heights Subdivision appeared
at the Rodriguez Fire Station and was interviewed by Operator FO1
Mica Grace V Gazer regarding residential fire that occur at 1940H 09
May,2021 at Mediterranean Heights, Bry.San Jose Rodriguez, Rizal.
She narrated that the Neighbor of the owner forcibly open the locked of
the building trying to suppress the fire. He put the fire out yet he
damaged the gate and lock of the owner. The House is Owned by Mr
Ronuel Jhon Cañeta and has been abandoned for three years and no
one occupying the building when the fire incident occurred. (1) unit-2
storey Residential house was minimally damaged, damaged property
will cost more or less five hundred pesos (Php 500.00). Investigation
disclosed that the fire originated at the back of One unit- 2 storey
Building as the Investigator seen a lighted Cigarette butt at the fire
scene. No casualty/injured in the fire incident.
