NOTIFICATION

The Governor , Himachal Pradesh , is pleased to order the

promotion of Sh . Keshav Ram Sharma, Special Private Secretary to the post
of Senior Special Private Secretary, in the pay scale of ~ 15,600-39 ,100 with

Grade Pay of ~ 8400/-(PB-4) plus Secretariat Pay of ~ 2500/- per month , purely
on adhoc basis , with immediate effect.
2. The said promotion shall not confer any right on the officer for
regular promotion , continuation or seniority, etc. against the post of Senior
Special Private Secretary.

3. On promotion , the officer shall continue to function at his present

place of posting.

the pay scale of ~ 15,600-39 ,100 with Grade Pay of ~ 7600/- plus Secretariat Pay of ~

2500/- per month , purely on adhoc basis, with immediate effect.

2. The said promotion shall not confer any right on the officer for regular
promotion, continuation or seniority, etc. against the post of Special Private Secretary.
3. However , the above promotion order shall be subject to final outcome of
CWP No . 930512013 titled as Sunita Sharma Vs. State of H.P. & Ors. , pending
adjudication before the Hon'ble H.P. High Court.
4. On promotion, the officer shall continue to function at his present place of
posting.
