I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions governing the admission process of CCMT:
1. I have gone through and understood the contents of CCMT brochure and details available on CCMT website. I shall abide by all rules and admission process of CCMT
as specified in the brochure and website.
2. I know that my saved choices will be automatically locked by the system on the last specified Date and Time as per the CCMT schedule if these are not locked by me
which is acceptable to me for seat allotment.
3. I declare that I will not disclose or share the password with anybody. I understand that I am solely responsible for safeguarding my password and neither CCMT nor NIC
is responsible for misuse of my password.
4. I am aware that some Participating Institutes/PG Programs have Special Eligibility requirements with regard to admissions. I understand that if I fail to fulfill the
conditions, my seat allotment is liable to be cancelled for which I alone will be responsible.
5. I know that I have to pay seat Acceptance fee and then have to report physically at designated Reporting centre for document verification as per the CCMT schedule in
case of seat allotment, failing which my allotted seat will be cancelled.
6. I know that during verification of documents at the time of reporting, if any discrepancy is detected in original documents, including Category, PwD status, Qualifying
Discipline details, etc. then my seat allotment is liable to be cancelled.
7. I know that after successful reporting at RC in round 1 to 3, I have to report physically to the allotted institute to pay the institute balance fee (as per the CCMT schedule)
for final admission, failing which my allotted seat will be cancelled.
8. I have gone through and understood the Cancellation and Refund Policy of CCMT as given in the Brochure and website of CCMT. I shall abide by this policy.
