Filipinos are known to have sweet tooth and it’s natural to us when we crave for
candies and other sweets. Oreo Baby Balls are fun and easy to make and it is very delicious
that will surely satisfy their customers with this mouth-watering food. They’re a perfect
balance of deep, dark chocolate and creamy white chocolate, with a snappy candy coating
and a soft, luscious filling. Oreo baby balls or OBB is a dessert, mainly made up of oreo. It
is serve with various fillings that’ll fit the taste of customers.

Oreo Baby Balls is a manufacturing type of business, wherein the manufacturer makes
finished products from raw materials such as oreo, cream cheese, white chocolate, dark
chocolate and marshmallows. Theses raw materials will be the main ingredients for making
the Oreo Baby Balls. Oreo baby balls varies into three different fillings that the consumer
wants such as marshmallow, white chocolate and dark chocolate. OBB was founded in
2019 at HCPSMSHS by pb santos, genise de guzman, milizent salazar, hazel santos, kyla
guinto, mj suson. These entrepreneurs decided and agreed to have collaboration of
money and labor.

Oreo Baby Balls Are An Easy No-Bake Treat Made With Crushed Up Oreo Cookies,
Cream Cheese, And Chocolate. This dessert is suitable for everyone especially children who
loves to eat sweet foods. The entrepreneurs made a friendly budget that can satisfy the
taste and cravings of the customers. The price ranges from Php 5.00 to Php 10.00 which is
very affordable for everyone.

OBB offers delightful oreo balls ranging with various fillings like chocolate,
marshmallow, nuts and many more that serves as a perfect treat for everyone. It
gratify the "wants" of our target market who are seeking simple pleasures. We
aspire to provide and spread happiness to our target market through our home
made Oreo Balls. This sweet dessert compensate itself with a unique taste and
bright dessert in and out.It caters all of its customer by providing them their sweet
cravings with a dessert made which is suited to the customer's taste down to the
smallest detail.

OBB provides freshly prepared oreo balls at all times during business
operations. 1-3 moderate batches of pastry products are prepared and chilled to
assure freshly made products are always available. Dedication to the finest quality
ingredients and "make it happen no matter what" customer service. With this, it
provides something that can offer them simple pleasures, take away the thought of
stress and can serves as their "pasalubong" to be given to their loved ones.

Oreo Baby balls or OBB is a dessert, mainly made up of oreo that will surely
satisfy the customers with this mouth-watering food. It is a manufacturing type of
business, wherein the manufacturer makes finished products from materials such

This sweet dessert compensate itself with a unique taste and bright dessert in and

transaction to measure the growth of the business.

Ms. Genise M. De Guzman planned the unique marketing strategies to excel


from the competitors in the same line of business.

Ms. Kyla B. Guinto recorded the whole day transactions and management of
the business cash flow.

Ms. Millizent S. Salazar secured proper management of the resources in


order to come up with the good quality of the products.

STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) students
entrepreneurship open our minds in real life businesses that we may utilize in the
future.

The target market of this business were the students of Cabanatuan City
Senior High School and the people in Plaza Lucero, because our business are
located at Sta. Arcadia and Plaza Lucero, Cabanatuan City.
The dessert is suitable for everyone especially children who loves to eat
sweet foods. The entrepreneurs made a friendly budget that can satisfy the taste
and cravings of the customers. The price ranges from Php 5.00 to Php 1.00 which is
very affordable for everyone.

It caters its entire customer by providing them their sweet cravings with a dessert
made which is suited to the customers taste down to the smallest detail. The
proponent will organize the production and management of the Oreo Baby Balls.
They have different tasks to fulfill to ensure that the business will create a big
impact to the customers.

Patrisha Beatrice O. Santos is a businesswoman at the age of 22. She


graduated as Cum Laude in the course of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at
University of Santo Tomas. She manage to have a successful career and earns
several awards in the business world as a good manager of their family business.
She managed the marketing of their family business. She decided to create their
own business with her friends and manage it together.

Genise De Guzman will be in charge on maintaining the company’s operations to


ensure maximum profit. She graduated Magna Cum Laude at University of the Philippines
with a course of Bachelor of Business Administration. She passed the board exam a year
after graduation and became a successful businesswoman at the age of 22.

Kyla Guinto is the finance manager that will be in charge of facility maintenance
department, monitoring accounts, preparing activity reports and financial forecasts. She
graduated as Suma Cum Laude at Ateneo de Manila University with a course of Bachelor
of Science in Financial Management. She passed her board exam after her graduation and
became a successful entrepreneur.

Hazel Ann Santos will manage and monitor the daily business operation. Ms. Santos
Magna Cum Laude at the University of the Philippines with a course of Bachelor of Science
Major in Civil Engineering. After the graduation, she took the licensure board exam and
she passed. Several companies offered to hire her. She work on her field at the Roswell
Company. After 2 years, her family business was passed on her. She learned how to
manage their business and their business grew successfully. Then, she invested in other
business. One of these is the OBB business. She is now a successful engineer and a
businesswoman.

The only constant in putting up a business and sustaining it is the thing we called
risk. There are several kinds of risk in our business.

First is tge market risk. There are two markets that we need to sell our product in
school and in the community. The principlas are alarmed because there is a probability
that the market will develop differently than expected. Sometimes market takes too long
to develop. The principals might have run out off cash while the stall is waiting for
costumers.

Second is the competitive risk. Since it is a school project, there are so many
business competitors. The risk is the competition in selling their project in allotted time
that is given by the school and to complete their quota in selling their products to the
customers. Thats why the entrepreneurs will do their all best to sell and employ
relationship in marketing the customers.

The last one is the product risk. Because of the conflict in schedule and the time is
limited in allowing us to sell the products that we chose, the main problem is producing or
making the customized products with low budget but affordable for customers. Since it's
first time in intruducing this kind of product, the familiarity in making it and the people
who around it is not sure for taking or introducing it. The number of sells is also not sure
but entrepreneurs will do everything just to take their quota sells and satisfy customers
with the product that they offer.
