One-day Webinar under IIC, MHRD on the Topic “Innovation/Prototype Validation - Converting
Innovation into a Start-up” with special emphasis on Achieving Value Proposition Fit & Business
Fit was organized by Pyramid College of Business & Technology (PCBT), PCBT on 19 July 2022.

The main objective to educate the young innovators and entrepreneurs with the importance of
Validation of Innovation and to educate the young innovators and entrepreneurs with the
importance of Validation of Innovation during start-up journey through the life story

Faculty, students and staff of PCBT benefitted from the knowledge shared by Mr. Sudhir S
Bhadoria, Founder & CEO at S.K Industries, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India, Ex Zonal Business
Head & Wireless Business Head, AIRTEL, MP CG, as the invited speaker. The session focused on
concepts about converting innovative ideas into a Start-up and on ideas about the process/useful
steps for converting ideas into a start-up.
 
Major General Dr. S C Jain, VSM** (Retd). Director, ASET, PCBT informed that under the
guidance, the Pyramid College of Business & Technology focuses on academic and innovative
excellence in teaching and learning of the faculty and students as a factor of prime importance. The
special program was organized via the online Platform MS Team? with the aim of specific
guidance to students and researcher faculty members towards the conversion of their knowledge
into useful and feasible products, the hurdles and their solutions.

He is a passionate transformation coach for beginners & startups, Enterprise Trainer &
Management Auditor to technical and non-technical institutions. He is also associated with
assisting the Laghu Udyog Bharti (MSME Support Organization) and in strategic planning, S&D
and business development with profit responsibility in the telecom industry.
