- As a small business owner part of the baking industry, we need to understand the importance of flavors and what are
the current trends. This is the main reason why I enjoyed listening to the webinar. The way the speakers (Chef Johan,
Chef Tenten, Chef Heinz) talked about the importance of learning the flavor has given me so many ideas that I can use in
the future. Particularly, when he tackled ube pandesal where in, a baker/ producer must match the flavors of it within the
customers taste palate but in a way that it has a distinct charm. Other than that, the webinar has given me and taught
me so many ideas that I will surely going to use once I step out and become a member of food & beverages industry.

- I learned a lot of things, especially about owning a business that I need to advertise or convince them
that my products are clean also the packaging of my product is sanitized properly and has a very nice
quality. and I remembered that Mr. Teddy said that personal hygiene is the key to prevent foodborne
illness.

-I Learned things and one of this is to Patronize our local products from different cultures of our country,
like heritage dishes that are ready to be eaten like Ube Halaya jam from Baguio/Strawberry jam (Good
Shepperd), Dried Mangoes, Banana Chips, Cow’s milk pastillas, and more.
