Philosophy The University of Perpetual Help System DALTA believes and invokes Divine Guidance in the betterment of the quality of life through national

Mission The University of Perpetual Help System DALTA is dedicated to the development of the Filipino as a LEADER. It aims to graduate DYNAMIC
STUDENTS who are physically, intellectually, socially and spiritually committed to the achievement of the highest quality of life.
As a system of service in health and education, it is dedicated to the formation of CHRIST CENTERED, SERVICE CENTERED and RESEARCH-
DRIVEN INDIVIDUAL with GREAT SOCIAL CONCERN AND COMMITMENT TO THE DELIVERY OF QUALITY EDUCATION AND HEALTH CARE.
It shall produce Perpetualites as “HELPER OF GOD” – a vital ingredient to nation building.

Course Title : Quantum Leadership

Prerequisite(s) : None

Credit Units : Lecture-3 units (3 hours)

Course Description : The course, quantum leadership, develops the students in the art and science of Logical-Efficient-Appreciative-
Directions (LEAD). This course equips them with the theories and scholarly overviews of leading an organization at the
same time that it introduces to them the creative and generative visions – striking a balance between turf-based
management and systemic person-centered thinking outside of the box leader.

The 4C Model of Competencies such as critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity are encompassed
in major as follows.
