Overview
Work Order Description:
As part of this change ORACLEHELP-12881, need to add these "Yuya Yamanaka & Hotaru Sawaguchi" employees as ship to
sales persons by using Import Resources function in production.
This document describes the installation steps to move the changes to the instances as per WO requirement.
Pre-Installation steps
Need access to “JP CRM Resource Manager - iRobot” Responsibilities.
Installation Steps
Import Resources:
Navigation:
JP CRM Resource Manager - iRobot -> Maintain Resources > Import Resources
Enter employee Number/Name then click on Search

Select the record under Search Result and cllick on Start Import
Enter alls the below required values in Set Resource Attribute form and click on Ok
From Default Value section:
 Start Date: Before system date
 Role: Sales Manager
 Role Start date: As dame Start Date
From Sales Person section:
 Enable Create Sales People

 Operating Unit: iRobot JP Operations
 Sales Credit Type: Quota Sales Credit
Select the record and click on Save Resource button from the Review and Import Selected Resources form
Click on Ok from the Note pop up

Close the form and verify the resources datails from the below navigation
Navigation:
JP CRM Resource Manager - iRobot -> Maintain Resources > Resources
Enter either Resource Number/Name and click on Find
Click on Resource Details button from Resource Search Result form

Enter User Name if not there in Resource section
Click on Receivable tab and enter below details

Operating Unit: iRobot JP Operations
Sales Person Number: JP-017
Sales Credit Type: Quota Sales Credit
Scrol right side and enter Freight and Revenue accounts

Freight Account: 16-150-140-3651-00-000

Save the changes
