Hurricane, Cyclone, Tornado, Windstorm, Storm, Tempest, Earthquake, Volcanic Eruption and Flood (including overflow of the sea)
caused by these perils -2% of Sum Insured per item of the schedule or 0.25% of the Total Sum Insured per location/ category,
whichever is greater

- Each apartment to be equipped with smoke detectors
