APOLOGY LETTER AND REQUEST FOR MY PHONE
I am Ernest Baokye-Yiadom, a student of this institution pursuing Diploma in Fashion and
Textile studies with student number 052120790140. I humbly write to apologize for the
inconvenience that occurred on Sunday, 28th August, 2022 at the examination hall. I regret my
actions for bringing my phone to the examination hall, it was not intentional to bring my phone
to the examination hall or have any intent of using it at the examination hall .Therefore, I humbly
write to rquest for my phone since I have important information, including my family contacts,
business contacts ,academic slides etc and losing it may cause a great loss to me. Moreover, I
want to also assure you that, I will not repeat such behavior again.
