QUESTION 1

A party to celebrate the end of the school year sounds really good to me because we have had
a great time this year and a party would be the best way to finish it.

If you ask me, I would prefer to have the party at the park because we’d have more space to
play games there.

I think that we should play a hangman or a spelling competition and divide us into teams and
give a prize to the winner to make it more interesting.

Actually, I think that we should bring too much food, but some crisps and sandwiches would be
great.

Jo looked at the map and decided to go left. What a bad choice. She was on holiday with her
friends, trying to find the camping in the middle of the forest. Unluckily, almost everything
went wrong.

After one hour, Jo looked at her friends. “Bad news, we are completely lost” she said. They
hadn’t Internet connection, so phones were useless. They tried many more things, but nothing
worked. As it was getting dark, Jo said: “Don’t worry, let’s camp here”. So they put up their
tent and slept there.

The following day, they realized that they were next to the camping! However, they had a
great experience.
