training has been made integral part of the management education in India.

The summer training programmers are designed to give a manager the future of the corporate happenings and
work culture.

It exposes the potential of the manager of the future to the actual tune of the working environment present is
dynamic organization.

Personnel management is that part of management concerned with the people at work and with their
relationships within the organization.

Training is the process of increasing the knowledge and skill for doing a particular job. It is an organized
procedure by which people learn knowledge and skill for a definite purpose. The purpose of training is basically
to bridge the gap between job requirements and present competency of an employee.

In this report you will find what type of work I did and what I learn from that, in my 30-days training period on
first two weeks I did the product sales, direct interactions with customer and on last two weeks I did and learned
the finance part of their branch, inventory or stock management.

I am fortunate project tried to find out the working methods and techniques, which is enough to get the
opportunity of training at Top N Town (Ratans little paradise) Shahpura Branch-Bhopal

Introduction

In the market, there are number of Ice-Cream company that are Universally appealing. When it comes to quality
and taste, the customer should be aware of the quality and services available to him you have to choose best. So
that’s why we chose to work with the well reputed and one of the most trusted ice cream company of India
“Top N Town” (Ratans little paradise) Shahpura Branch-Bhopal.

My work as operation management intern consists of much exciting parts. Dividing my internship journey of 30
days into 3 phase of 10 days I’ll elaborate work I have done them.

• In the first phase of my internship, I was the in charge of customer service. Where I have to take care of
customer needs and satisfaction from the products by providing them right products at right price. Here at this
phase I experienced how much customer satisfaction is necessary for positive impact on business.

• Following in the second phase of internship. I have taken the charge of inventory management. Here at
this point of my internship I was well aware from the index of products and prices of company. So, it was easier
for me to tally the inventory of franchise like what amount of products are sold and what are left in the stock
and to order the new batch of products for sale.

• Now at the final phase of my internship I was ready for the finance and billing part so here I was
supposed to bill out the products sold entire day at the franchise and to sum up the total stock we occupied for
next day sales.

Now after successful completion of my internship the experience was beautiful and mesmerizing at the same
time. Here I have handled many day-to-day operations happens in real life business. I experienced to deal with
customer with courtesy and know their needs patiently. It was such an overwhelming experience when
customer appreciate me for the work I was doing. lastly it was lifetime experience for me to work in a reupdated
organization.
