Introduction (Argelyn):

Isabela State University is a public university located in the Philippines, in the province of Isabela. It is
mandated to provide advanced instruction in the arts, agricultural and natural sciences, as well as in
technological and professional fields. The university's main campus is in Echague, Isabela. However,
Cauayan Campus ranks over the mother campus in terms of population. With its strategic location and
the concerted efforts of its faculty, staff, and students, plus the strong support of university officials, city
government, and other civic-spirited Cauayeos, Cauayan Campus is becoming a premier seat of learning
where students find achieving their dreams of a global career very possible. ISU is indeed determined to
be a lead university in instruction, research, extension, and resource generation through continual
improvement of services.

EXTRODUCTION (ARGELYN):

Vision statement outlines the university's objectives, and mission statement indicates how the school
aims to achieve that vision. Meanwhile, the college of education's goals and objectives serve as an
anchor in the attainment of the said vision and mission. Indeed, the Isabela State University-Cauayan
Campus has produced globally competitive students, and many of the graduates have become
topnotchers in their licensure examinations. Hence, as a group, we could say that this university is
becoming a center of academic excellence not only in Region 2 but in the whole Philippines. We are
