Causa Formalis or the formal
Causa Materialis or the material
cause - the material by which a
thing was made of
Cars are made of a wide variety of
materials, such as steel, aluminum,
copper, glass, rubber, and special
fibers.
Causa Finalis or the final cause –
the purpose of the primary use by
which an object or thing was made
for.
A car is a motor vehicle with four
wheels that is used for
transportation. Cars are vehicles that
travel primarily on highways, have
four wheels, and are primarily used
to transport people and goods

cause – this is the person who
made or that has caused for an
object or thing to come about.

works on a variety of vehicles or in
a particular area or with a specific
make of vehicle. Their primary
responsibility in car repair is to
accurately diagnose the problem.
