Metro Manila because of it’s Eco-friendly environment, good ambience and a lot of
people visiting BGC.

We consider five factors for choosing our location. First, we consider the
Availability. Is our company reliant on regular deliveries? If that's the case, it's critical
that we evaluate local transportation options, notably main roads and highways. Second
is Safety and security, we all know that where we live might raise our chances of being
victimized by crime, which can affect our insurance premiums as well as the extra
security measures we need to take to keep our premises secure. The third one is
Competition, our proximity to other firms that compete with us might be critical to our
success. Could they be beneficial to our company or be a hindrance? Identifying our
area's rivals and their offerings may aid in our selection of the best location for your
company. Second to the last is the Business Rates, We all know that the king is cash!
Cash flow is crucial since it influences a company's capacity to survive and pay its
expenses. And the last factor that we consider for choosing the location of our business
is the Potential for growth. We know that the space can handle business expansion or
a surge in demand. Moving offices is a major undertaking that can be both time
consuming and costly. It's time to decide if the concept we've chosen is a temporary
place or one where we'd like to stay for the long haul. As a result, the flexibility of a
location might be a critical element in determining its viability for our company needs.
Type of Business Enterprise

In this business we choose partnership, having rules and regulations in our

partnership having agreement that each member should include what roles each
partner are performing and also that we should always be clear and to be specific to
define one another priority and also have the right to try and do our part and to
established every suggestion or opinion that will help to build our business.
This partnership in business committing to contribute equally to be fair in every situation
as possible to avoid having confusion in partnership in running business. Partnership
into this business builds teamwork to accomplish every possible problem that will come
in the near future and to gain good partnership. In comparison to working alone as a
single trader, working in a company partnership provides companionship and group
solidarity. Starting and running a business on your own can be difficult and intimidating,
especially if you've never tried it before. You're all in this together in a partnership. Each
participant will add their own expertise, skills, experience, and connections to the
company, perhaps giving it a great chance of succeeding. Partners can divide and
conquer duties, each specializing in areas they excel at and appreciate the most. So, if
such an associate has a financial background, they must focus on keeping the
company's records in order, while others might have substantial sales experience and
so take charge of that aspect of the firm. Building a unity in planning business will help
us to make our business stronger and successful at the end of the day.
A partnership is a formal arrangement by two or more parties to manage and operate a
business and share its profits. It involves a contractual agreement between all of the
partners that set the terms and conditions of their business relationship, including the
distribution of ownership, responsibilities, and profits and losses. Partnerships outline
and clearly define a business relationship and responsibility.
