Dear Sir,

We are submitting you a detailed offer for the manufacturing of equipment , erection of complete equipment
and offering you some optional equipment required to complete your operation of drying.

We also recommend some equipment which is for hot air generation. Keeping in view the long standing
relation with Sitara Group. We have offered you our rock bottom prices and hope , it will suit to your budget .

We are also submitting you the single line diagram in support of our recommended equipment and general
arrangement system required for rotary dryer.

Details are given below:

Equipment of Rotary Dryer Total Cost: 4875000

1. Optional Offers:
1.1). Complete erection of rotary dryer equipment.

1.2). Raw material feed system.. SS hopper , SS conveyor , SS air locker

1.3). Finish product discharge system : air locker , conveyor , kicker fan , ID fan complete MS duct and MS
discharge hopper

1.4). SS lining of MS shell and stationary heads: material of construction SS 316L thickness 3mm.

1.5). Interruption baffle plates: material of construction SS 316L thickness 3mm for interruption and
conveying of product , interruption and retain the product for the period required for drying and reaction
to obtain the required properties.

1.6). Interruption baffle plates: Material of construction MS thickness 6mm for interruption and conveying of
product , interruption and retain the product for the period required for drying and reaction to obtain the
required properties.

2. Exclusions:
Our offer does not include the following works.
2.1). Any kind of civil work or foundation work or design

2.2). All kind of electrical works or installations

2.3). Automation : our offer does not include any kind of electric panels , controls and instrumentations.
Supply of any kind of local switches or control switches.

2.4). Design: any kind of design or detailed design for any kind of job at site is not our responsibility.

3. Payments:
3.1). 50% mobilization advance together with work order.

3.2). 30% on final inspection at our works.

3.3). 10% after erection and successful commissioning.

3.4). 10% 3 months after the delivery of last equipment from our works.

4. Taxes:
4.1). With holding tax will be deducted from our bills according to tax rules.

4.2). GST or any provincial tax will be purely responsibility of client.

5. Inspection:
5.1). Final inspection at our works after completing of equipment.
6. Delivery (Completion period)
6.1). All equipment manufactured at our work will be delivered within 100 days from the date of mobilization
advance.

7. Transportation:
7.1). All kind of transportation charges or insurance during transportation will be responsibility of client.

8. Quality Control
8.1). Although our quality control department will follow all the specifications and allowance allowed for
manufacturing but it will be better the representative of QC form client visit our works from time to time.

8.2). Final inspection will be carried out at our works before delivery.
