This turn-over manual is current as of 06 September 2022

Originator Amy Lawson-Gunkel | Front Desk Clerk

As the Information Technology Representative for Unaccompanied Housing/N9 you will be

in charge of asset management for all of our buildings across the campus. If you are attached to
NASO this will include 423, 446, and 536. If you are attached to DMNK this will include 508,
534, and 550. When N6 engages in large projects, the Information Technology Representative is
expected to assist. You will be provided information from one of N6’s department personnel.
You are not to perform the work itself for every individual attached to your department;
however, if they are unsuccessful in their initial attempt you may assist. If assigned specific tasks
by the Site Director or your Leadership, you may engage in the work necessary to fulfill that
which has been assigned to you. If you run into any road blocks, you can reach out to N6 directly
or call the NMCI help desk.

The Alternate EOC is your primary responsibility as the Information Technology Representative,
this office must be running/fully functioning at all times.

Once assigned this collateral duty, please let Christopher Clements know that you need to be
added to the email distro; otherwise, you will not be up-to-par with required actions, system
updates, etc.
