J.CO Donuts & Coffee

(a) research the origins and history of the institution you have chosen;

Johnny Andrean, a successful businessman in the past, launched J.CO Donuts and Coffee. He
has been actively developing J.CO since 2003. J.CO local products supplemented with innovations from
outside modernization and top-notch workmanship. J.CO aimed to take over overseas markets, and
this requires extensive planning. Johnny Andrean and his team examined the doughnut industry for
three years, looked into the recipe, and conducted market research and sampling. The goal behind
Johnny J.CO's debut was "what she enjoys and it may be accepted by society." J.Co Donut & Coffee
employs a peacock-shaped logo with the colors brown and orange predominating as a sign of beauty,
kindness, longevity, and all positive intentions for the accomplishment of potential future company
objectives.

J.CO started its activities at Tangerang's Supermall Karawaci on June 26, 2005, before moving
as quickly as possible to the outlet. There have been 16 J.CO locations with 450 staff added during the
past year. Seven of the locations are in Jakarta, with the remaining four being in Bandung, Surabaya,
Makassar, and Pekanbaru. They will soon begin operations in Palembang, Batam, Manado, Bogor,
Medan, and Bali. They also have plans to expand internationally in 2007 by opening offices in Australia,
Hong Kong, or Singapore. Additionally, J.Co. sells more than only doughnuts. They are combined with
coffee in it. As a result, Johnny's invention is known as J.Co Donuts & Coffee. Only within a very short
period of time, J.Co. transformed the landscape of Indonesia's doughnut industry rivalry. J.Co now
operates more than 100 stores around Indonesia. Even though Malaysia has had it since 2008,
Philippines, Australia, China, Singapore, and Australia.

2006 - In May 2006, J.CO's first location was established in Indonesia as the culmination of
many years of product development and research.
2007 - First location established in Malaysia.
2008 - First location established in Singapore.
2012 - Philippine branch opens for business.
2016 - Hong Kong saw the debut of the first branch. The tenth anniversary of J.Co.
2018 - Saudi Arabia welcomed its first branch.
