MODULE I: BUSINESS REGISTRATION

Overview: Before any business can start its operation, it has to make sure that it is duly
registered and has all the necessary permits from the government. Business registration
requirements and procedures vary depending on the form of business. Thus, it is important to
know and understand requirements and the step by step procedure to register one.

Expected Learning Outcomes: At the end of this module, the student will demonstrate skills
relevant to business registration such as:

1. Fill out various application forms.


2. Secure documentary requirements.
3. Step by step procedure to register a business.

Expected Output:

1. Prepare filled out application forms.


2. Prepare a list of all the documents required and how to secure them.
3. Prepare a step by step procedure to register a business.
