Position Title : Human Resources Intern

Experience : Fresher
Work Location : Jaipur
Stipend : 15K Per Month
Joining : Immediate

Job Responsibilities/Role :

● We are looking for a highly motivated HR person to drive the Human Resource Operations and Talent
Management activities.
● Will be responsible for administering human resources programs and processes. This person will be the
first line resource, and respond in a timely manner to employee inquiries including, but not limited to, work
related concerns, policy and procedure interpretation, benefit inquiries, and performance management.
● Your key result areas as percentage of your overall work items will be:
○ Responsible for New Joiner onboarding, documentation, background verification, onboarding
experience and induction
○ Partnering with employees and creating a positive employee experience
○ Responsible for Employee Engagement initiatives
○ Answer questions and resolving queries on company policies and general queries
○ Maintain and update employee records and HR Metrics
○ Reward & Recognition
○ Assist in the exit process
○ One on One Connects with employees
○ Communicate and administer the HR Policy and Processes

Education: MBA (Human Resources)

Skills/Experience/Domain Knowledge:

● People Management Skills


● Result oriented Ability to achieve challenging targets
● Self Starter and Highly Motivated individual
● Effective communication skills (verbal & written)
● Process Compliance - MIS, HR Metrics
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong business writing skills
● Strong negotiating skills

Internship Details : Internship will be on the job for 6 months and based on the performance, Company may absorb
the candidate for full time opportunities.
