Dear Participants,
We, the Group 9 of STEM 12, are asking for your participation in this research by
answering the following questionnaire. The aim of this research is to investigate and
determine what solution should be done to restore the trees taken down by Typhoon Odette.
The following questionnaire will require approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. We
sincerely thank you for taking your time in assisting us with our research. You are under no
obligation to answer any of the questions; nevertheless, doing so will significantly aid us in
completing our study and improving our understanding of this phenomenon under
investigation. The data collected will remain confidential and will be used solely for research
purposes.
