CONTRACTOR'S FACILITIES
The Contractor shall provide and maintain the following
Contractor's Facilities
Provide water for the works for the duration of the
contract including for testing and commissioning and Item 1
pay all related charges
Provide electric power and lighting for the works for the
duration of the contract including for testing and Item 1
commissioning and pay all related charges
Provide drainage for the works Item 1
Temporary ventilation for working underground/ Item 1
environment control etc.
QA / QC requirements, providing qualified QA/QC staff etc. as Item 1
required
Allow for protecting the works from inclement weather Item 1
The Contractor is deemed to have thoroughly inspected
and surveyed the Site, As Built conditions and
surrounding areas, and to have made all necessary
enquiries and to have carried out all necessary tests and
investigations sufficient to ascertain the nature, Item 1
condition, characteristics and all circumstances
affecting the site and scope of works under the
Contractor including any diversion of existing services
or modifications required for satisfactory completion of
the works..
