This is an addendum to the Certificate of Conformance of New Manufacturing or Repair/Remanufacture of Drilling

Equipment listed below. The purpose of this addendum is to establish the date in which the customer takes
possession of the equipment and/or successfully complete a commissioning of a BOP stack. The recertification
period of the equipment starts from the date this Addendum is issued as described in EB902D (latest revision).
Please note this addendum does not affect the product’s warranty which is specified in the contract of sale. In the
case of a CoC Suspension, this Addendum denotes the length of time the equipment was in preservation and will
indicate the time when the next recommended inspection will be as described in EB902D.
Cameron a Schlumberger company certifies that the item(s) described herewith is (are) in conformance with the
requirements of the above Purchase Order Number and fully comply with applicable Cameron specifications in effect
at the date the Addendum is issued. All related documentation in support of the above statement is retained on file by
the company for a minimum of 10 years from date the Addendum is issued and can be made available to the
purchaser upon request.

listed below is/are Free from Asbestos when delivered from the Company, including any fittings, equipment, cables,
