Chase Sapphire

Q) Is Chase Sapphire a good product?

A) In 2009, the Chase Sapphire sub-brand was created to address a distinct market segment:
affluent customers interested in travel and dining. Chase Sapphire Reserve, released in 2016,
was targeted toward the even more affluent Sapphire Preferred customers with its $450
annual fee. The firm recognized a segment of “new affluent” that were 25-44 years old with
incomes of $150,000+. These individuals travelled widely and made the most of their card
rewards.

Hence, we can say that yes, it is a good product as it stays loyal to the positioning of the
brand. Its foundation is a commercial strategy to increase the value of the product by luring
customers with attractive incentives and creating a strong brand. As we can see, credit card
users want their services and incentives to benefit them equally, and because Chase Sapphire
was able to do so, one could say that it is a strong product in the market.

Q) Why is Chase Sapphire a successful product?

A)

1. The Sapphire brand was very popular because it provided a flexible product that
allowed young, successful consumers to establish their own standards and because it
provided convenience, relevance, and choice.
2. Customers found his card to be highly alluring thanks to the substantial rewards—
100,000 points—that encourage them to select it above other cards offered by other
rivals.
3. According to well-known bloggers and affiliates like Brian Kelly, aka The Points
Guy, the Chase Sapphire is the "must-have card of 2016."
4. One of the key characteristics that made the Chase Sapphire a well-liked and valuable
product was the ability to redeem rewards. Customers believe they can provide the
significant value they require since their incentives are straightforward to understand
and straightforward to redeem.
5. Customer care services were attended by an individual. Customers could just
conveniently call the number and they wouldn’t be directed to a machine and press a
few buttons.
6. The card was made out of an alloy to give that heft and thunk noise when the users
placed it on the table to collect checks. It was a conversational piece.
