VIII. Beneficiaries
Primary Beneficiaries – the primary beneficiaries of my project is none other
than volunteered Grade 1-3 pupils who lived in Pallocan West, Batangas City
Secondary Beneficiaries – the secondary beneficiaries of this project is their

parents and also the community of Pallocan West
Tertiary Beneficiaries - Community of Pallocan West and Barangay Officials.

IX. Rationale of the project
I’ll focus in Pallocan West which is one of the Barangay here at Batangas City
Philippines. One of our members is a resident of this community for almost
twenty-years and she do observe a lot of things. The reason why w e chose this
Barangay because Batangas City composed of many Barangay and we are not
familiar to other, also if we choose the whole City we can’t handle it as a small
group yet this proposal is group work. We’ll conducted this project due to the
opinion of some parents there also she does observe a lot of kids or street children
who struggled in terms of education. Also, when she questioned their parents,
they say that they have no choice here at Batangas City just to work to feed their
children. Others topped schooling maybe due to the Covid pandemic also some
are malnourished because their reason is parents can’t afford food,

sometimes no work and used the money in nonsense things. Some

children need an assistant to help them grow and motivate again the
Civic Welfare Training Service which is part of National Service
Taining Program so through this project it gives motivation and opportunity to
help some children on knowing the importance of education yet their health.
They will feel free and relax due to the activities that I’ve created. This is not
all about education it’s all about health, recreational activities, and freedom.
X. Objectives
General Objectives
The main objective of this project, ACE: Assisting, Advocate for Children with
Exceptionalities Let’s get Learn, Grow and Accomplish some children along
with Pallocan West, Batangas City is to teach children in a funny, active,
recreational and unforgettable experiences in terms of education and also
recreational games. The specific Objective of this proposal are the following:
Specific Objectives
• to engage children in physically healthy lifestyle.
• to give them attention in terms of education
• To teach children and parents about on how to lessen stress during
this pandemic in terms of online class or modular
• to motivate and inspired kids.
XI. Description of the project
Students in Grade 1-3 in Pallocan West, Batangas City will encourage as

beneficiaries to take break in a serious mode of schooling. We know this project is
all about assisting socializing or tutoring yet it is more exciting because we will put a twist to
entertain children. In our plan we made different kind of recreational activities and prices also.
Every session, we will give specific award to a chosen kids who show excellent in a different
kind of activities. Lastly, we bought materials for them to use also like papers, pencil, black

board and so on. Every session they have a prepared food or menu to eat.

XII. Strategies and methods of implementation
ACE: Assisting, Advocate for Children with Exceptionalities Let’s get Learn, Grow and Accomplish to
the Grade 1-3 students in Pallocan West, Batangas City project strategies are:
1. Talk to parents for parental consent if it is okay for them to make their child or children be
part lf this project so that they are aware on it.
With this also, we will explain well them too the flow of this project and
information inside of this mystery proposal. This project supporting the community
of Pallocan West to take an action and improve education of children’s who stopped
and struggled in their schooling activity also to help them grow happy and joyful in
a simple way.
2. Talk to some volunteered person to be part of the program for example in games we need
an assistant so that we need the help of others it maybe a friend, brother, sister, or anything
else who wants to volunteer.
3. To be ready, we need to buy different kind of materials like papers, pencils, board, food,
snack, prizes and print certificate, things for the games etc.

XV. Monitoring and evaluation Mechanics of the Project

NSTP-CWTS, Ms. Missie Jane M. Ante will be the one who will monitor this
project because she our instructor in this subject. She can visit anytime and also; she
is the one who will need to follow we all know that there still a virus and she always
concerned in our safety. The person who will attend in every session will be
monitored, we’ll make a list of it and submit to my prof. The proposed project will
be monitored the progression.
XVI. Plans to Ensure the Sustainability of the Project
So to sustain the project, before the day that I'll in my plan I will talk to the parents
and asked if their children is available on that day also I will explain again what we
will do and the flow of activity. Also, I will stock snacks na agad before the day of
every session. I will also provide my own materials, chairs, and so on. All I need to
do to maintain this project is the attendees every session that’s all. I can manage
other expenses.
