This letter is in support of the request by the U.S. Employer, “GB2G, Inc. DBA Allswell”, to classify Ms. VALERIA
VILLARREAL CUEVAS, a citizen of Mexico, under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) as a TN Professional
Engineer.

I. Petitioner’s Profile

GB2G, Inc. DBA Allswell provides qualified staff for manufacturing operations in different industries in several areas

services capable of meeting the requirements and need of GB2G, INC. DBA ALLSWELL’ customers through a dedicated,

 III. The U.S. Position to Be Held by the Beneficiary – PRODUCTION ENGINEER

The position offered is professional and specialized in nature and falls within the schedule of permitted TN
occupations - Engineer - authorized by NAFTA. As a Production Engineer, she will utilize her academic background in
Production Technologies Engineering and professional experiences in the field of Production Engineering. Her main job duties
will include the following:

• Develop, evaluate, and improve operations processes; Utilize a sequential flow pattern in the process; Minimize
backtracking of work in the process; Implement a predictable process.
• Analyze, develop and optimize work flows within the production process across all departments to improve efficiency
throughout the company.
• Review KPI monitoring systems to determine ways to improve company operations and eliminate waste.
• Create an analytical process that justifies new business opportunities while helping sales team develop an optimized
process to secure new business opportunities.
• Develop best practices, routines and innovate new solutions to improve production rates and overall part quality.
• Work closely with the Quality team to create, improve and develop standardized work instructions.
• Apply engineering, science, and business skills to carry out core functions in the fabrication and assembly of products.
• Develop & implement activity plans for projects and rotate PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) including budget, spec.,
schedule, management, start-up, evaluations, and presentations.
• Confer with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules,
and other considerations to facilitate production processes and reduce costs.

Ms. VALERIA VILLARREAL CUEVAS will be assigned to work in 1136 Meriwether Park Dr, Hogansville, GA 30230
where GB2G, INC. DBA ALLSWELL has a contract with the company MANDO AMERICA CORPORATION
(www.mando.com) and she will be a full-time employee.

IV. Beneficiary’s Profile

Ms. VALERIA VILLARREAL CUEVAS is well qualified to fill the position of PRODUCTION ENGINEER. She earned
a Bachelor´s degree in Production Technologies Engineering from the University “Universidad Tecnologica de Torreon” in
Mexico. This multidisciplinary major develops job evaluation programs, amongst other duties to provide a service with
maximum efficiency. In addition, she has over (5) years of engineering experience (please see enclose copies of her resume
and academic credential). She has the required knowledge and sophistication that would enable him to comprehend complex
engineering concepts and scientific theoretical principles.

GB2G, Inc. DBA Allswell views that Ms. VALERIA VILLARREAL CUEVAS is qualified for TN status as a
PRODUCTION ENGINEER for the following reasons:

 Ms. VALERIA VILLARREAL CUEVAS is a Mexican citizen and is well qualified for the job position offered;
 The employment offered to Ms. VALERIA VILLARREAL CUEVAS is at a specialized level;

  Ms. VALERIA VILLARREAL CUEVAS possesses the requisite professional qualifications to perform the duties at a
professional level;
 The position offered is temporary, for up to three years in duration; and
 Ms. VALERIA VILLARREAL CUEVAS intends to return to Mexico at the completion of the proposed assignment.

V. Terms of Employment

We propose to hire Ms. VALERIA VILLARREAL CUEVAS in the United States for a temporary period of three (3)
years. She will be compensated $45,000 per year plus a standard package of employee benefits including one year of
housing and transportation. We understand the temporary nature of this assignment and have informed Ms. VALERIA
VILLARREAL CUEVAS of this condition of her employment.

VI. Conclusion

In conclusion, we respectfully request that the U.S. Consul grants Ms. VALERIA VILLARREAL CUEVAS the TN
classification as a PRODUCTION ENGINEER so she can work on a temporary basis in the U.S. If you require any additional
