Note : As per latest gazette of India , REGD. NO. D. L.-33004/99, Issued by MINISTRY OF COMMERCE
AND INDUSTRY, Para 3B. Exemption of boiler or boiler components, No need to perform the strength
calculation of boiler or any boiler component as per IBR , if calculation is done as per ASME for said boiler
or part of boiler components . Hence , IBR calculation is not required for steam coil as ASME calculation is
performed.
