(THE OSEAN FEDERATION MAKES IT A LAW TO (Suspend all current homeless counsels including, all
homeless on the streets of Oakland, Berkley or any other place in alameda county.

This is also known as the § 23.20 Anti-Homeless and Anti-Hate crimes Bill which will cease all assets of all
homeless shelters currently in operation. St Anthony’s Foundation including St Vincent De Paul Society,
and Episcopal Community Service are to cease all operation, and to relocate out of the Osean Territory.

§ 23.20 Is a provision in an amendment to a general appropriation bill containing de-fundment of all

District of San Francisco Police Reform Bill to include Homeless.

§83.000 Osean Police Force and Reform Bill. §83.010 through 83.018 depending on the status of states.
Let it Be enacted by the federation. Which will expedite police officials to prosecute any person who
uses racial slurs at the person or group. This will also pay for victims of crime. And to serve as a
testament against Police corruption in the Nation. This will also include a state of the art Call center that
will be situated in the 200 block of Main Street. And a Multi-Billion Dollar Expansion to the Police Force
which will be noted as the DPF. The District Police Force will be in control of the investigation and
arresting of any Illegals, Criminals, and any Hate Crimes, Murders, or anything that is committed,
including thief, home invasions. And all other Illegal crimes, this will also allow spending for Tracking via
Federated Wireless, and other media means, to locate and to find the criminals through GPS and other
means of communications. This includes homeless related incidents.

(SECTION §17-14.879 Is a provision in an amendment to a general appropriation bill containing all


homeless service providers to cease operations under this section and to relocate outside of the
Capital city of San Francisco.

SEC. §17-14.879A - §17-14.879C FINDINGS. The OSEAN Federation finds the following:

A: THE APPROPERATION OF THIS BILL WILL CEASE ALL HOMELESS REGIME’S AND TO CONVERT TO THE
CONTROL OF THE FEDERATION, WHICH WILL GIVE GUIDELINES HOW TO EFFECTIVELY DEAL WITH
HOMELESS POPULATION AND TO AQUIRE ALL BUILDING AS IN PART OF THE FEDERATION’S FIGHT TO
END HOMELESS. THIS WILL ALSO INCLUDE A MILTI-BILLION DOLLAR BILL WHICH WILL CONSTRUCT AND
PROVIDE HOUSING FOR PEOPLE OF VICTIMS OF CRIME.

IN OAKLAND PRIME MINSTER STEIN WENT TO DISCUSS THE OUTCOME OF SEVERAL HOMELESS
SHELTERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS. WHICH INCLUDED ST ANTHONY’S FOUNDATION, ST VINCDENT DE
PAUL SOCIETY, EPICOPLAL COMMUNITY SERVICES AND THE HUMAN SERVICES AGENCY OF SAN
FRANCISCO. AS WELL AS GLIDE.

TYPES OF CRIMES §17-14.879A - §17-14.879C COMMITED BY HOMELESS AND HOMELESS PROVIDERS

(§17-14.879A) WILL ADDRESS AND DEFUND ALL HOMELESS SHELTERS AND PROVIDERS FROM NOW
UNTIL COMPLIANCE IS MET. THIS INCLUDES THE FALLOWING.

A. THE ISSUE OF DEATH THREATS WHICH FALLS UNDER THE ANTI-HATE BILL INCLUDING WHAT
HOMELESS COMMITS. §23.20
B. MAKING A MOVE AS A THREAT TWARDS OR AT A PERSON WHO IS THE VICTIM OF CRIMINAL
ACTIVITIES FROM AND BY STAFF OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER(S) AND/OR SHELTERS.
C. NOT ADDRESSING OR TAKING ACTION BY PERSONEL OF HIGHERARCHI TO PREVENT OR TO STOP
THE CRIMES FROM BEING COMMITTED BY THE EMPLOYEES OR CLIENTTEL OF THE FACILITY.
D. DEEMING HOMELESSNESS AS A CRIME, CRIMINAL ACTS BY HOMELESS, CARRYING OUT A CRIME
BY A HOMLESS PERSON AND/OR PUTTING THEY’RE HANDS ON THE PERSON OF VICTIM OF
CRIME.
(§17-14.879B) Upon final review of the issue established from and by the homeless population we
declare a state of emergency in the Osean Federation to relocate all homeless out of the state of
California and to Los Vegas Nevada for further questioning. This will cease all current assets of all
homeless who are not from the Federation and to send them back to the state of which they derived
from.

(§17-14.879C) This law which will fall under §23.20 of the anti-homeless bill which is due to pass at the
mayoral level of San Francisco and soon Nation Wide of Osea, will be noted to stop and to cease all
opposition of all homeless organizations in the former bay area now the Federation of Osea excluding g
Solano Sonoma, Pittsburg Bay Point and Antioch. This will cease all assets and to defund all current
homeless programs due to the criminal activities by both employees and clients of the facilities.
A. How many homeless are really homeless?
1. San Francisco estimates about 8,000 homeless living in the city. The $852 million budget
works out to about $106,500 per homeless individual.
B. How much is being spent and what isn’t being done?
1. more than $1.1 billion over the next two years
2. Between 2011 and 2012, SF spent $157 million on homeless services. By the 2015-2016 fiscal
year, it was up to $242 million. In the most recent

Welfare Exemption Filings.



(82.8400) GENERAL INFORMATION. The Welfare Exemption is available only to property, real or
personal, owned by a religious, charitable, hospital, or scientific organization and used exclusively for
religious, charitable, hospital, or scientific purposes.

property (1) used exclusively for charitable, hospital, or religious purposes, and (2) owned or held in
trust by nonprofit organizations operating for those purposes.

Applying for the California Property Tax Welfare Exemption: An Overview

1. File a claim for an Organizational Clearance Certificate with the California Board of
Equalization (the “BOE”)
2. File a claim for the Welfare exemption with the county assessor in the county where the
property is located or used.
